Why Us?


Trust me, I get it. I struggled with my relationship my food in my body, pretty much my entire life.I started as a classical ballet dancer until I was 14 years old, I did cheerleading, sports, and I got into lifting weights at around 15. I competed in bodybuilding at 18 but I started tracking macros around 15 years old.

And I was obsessed.

I was obsessed with seeing myself get smaller, I was obsessed with seeing the number on the scale go down, and I was obsessed with controlling what went into my body.

But as I got deeper and deeper into my fitness journey I saw just how important that balance was and how shrinking myself was not the key to happiness. I didn’t need to be going from one extreme to the next to get the life I wanted. Life is meant to be lived. And that doesn’t mean you can’t have goals for a killer physique, but it does mean you have to know what balance truly does look like for you. And thats why, instead of constantly going to extremes we show you how to create long term changes that LAST.

You will have 24/7 support from us directly in the app, we will be messaging you throughout the week and we will do one big weekly check in where I will go over everything much more in depth on a recorded voice memo as well for your specific goals, answering any questions and giving you feedback. You will have access on the app and can message us at any time about any questions that come up throughout the week!
